Custom CRM and internal systems built around your processes
When spreadsheets and an off-the-shelf CRM stop coping, people start working around the system and the data drifts apart. We design and build a tool that follows your process instead of forcing it into someone else's constraints.
Book a callWhen a custom system makes sense
While a process is standard, an off-the-shelf product is usually the better deal. Custom development pays off when a core part of the work does not fit the settings and lives in spreadsheets and chats instead.
- Requests, orders and contracts tracked with your own statuses and rules.
- Inventory and production tracking with details a boxed product does not cover.
- Workspaces for employees and contractors with different permissions.
- Management reports that are currently assembled by hand.
What we design before development
We first describe the process as it really works: who enters data, who makes decisions and where mistakes happen. The data model and the interface follow from that.
- Entities, statuses and the rules for moving between them.
- Roles, permissions and an audit log of user actions.
- Migration of existing data from spreadsheets and legacy systems.
- Exchange with your ERP, telephony, email or messengers — if the first stage needs it.
What your team receives
A web system on Go and PostgreSQL with an interface for the agreed workflows, source code in your repository, a data-model description and deployment instructions. We roll out in stages: one process or department first, then more — easier for your staff to adopt and easier for you to verify.
How we estimate the work
We need a description of the process, samples of current spreadsheets and reports, the number of roles and the systems to exchange data with. Migration volume and security requirements affect the estimate. We agree on workflows and acceptance criteria first, then the stages and price.
FAQ
Why not configure an off-the-shelf CRM?
If an existing product covers your process, we will say so on the call. Custom development makes sense when customizations and workarounds cost more than a system built around your rules.
What happens to our spreadsheet data?
We plan migration as a separate task: review data quality, agree on cleanup rules and run a trial import. Scope and timing depend on the state of the source data.
Shall we discuss your task?
Thirty minutes on a call — and you understand the architecture, timeline and engagement format. No obligations.
