Yes. We identify the workflows the product is pointless without and build them first. The rest is planned as later stages so the architecture accounts for it.

Yes. We review the code, infrastructure and documentation first, then propose a plan: what to keep developing as is and what is worth replacing. The decision depends on the state of the project.
